A Digital Journey with Cottonworld

It has been a busy quarter to kick off our fifth year! From collaborating with brands from various sectors of the industry to new feature additions for our users on the B2C centric app, we are doing it all!

A 100% Organic & Green brand, Cottonworld was one of the very first clients we collaborated with on a multi-store, multi-city setup. Seeing our brand ethos match, we knew our association would present us with a wide array of opportunities to explore areas where we could bring about positive changes to help improve the day to day operations.

Before collaborating with Billeasy, Cottonworld was in need of a solution to identify & collect key customer data, drive repeat sales through customer segmentation and offers based on their recency and spends. Being a green brand, it was still not completely green in it’s true sense due to the use of paper receipts.

We were aware that we would need to make certain custom modifications to build a solution suitable for their business!

Our seamless integration with their POS system, introduced Cottonworld to Digital Billing.

This helped them streamline their sales strategy by banking on rich customer data and vital analysis of real time sales data. Knowing the customer’s taste and preference, understanding their shopping habits brought about an instant rise in their customer retention rate as running ads and offers with niche targeting which now became simpler on a single platform!

In these past 12 months, with 31 stores spread across India, there has been a rise from 60% customers accepting digital bills to a whopping 90% customers accepting digital receipts & sharing feedbacks, positively impacting the overall customer experience. This most importantly shows the customers inclination to accept this kind of a modern solution which makes shopping a better experience.
